Summary: All was well, spacious room. Be aware that this is the darkest room I've ever stayed in. The lighting in the bathroom is laughable and one of the lights in the main room didn't work so good luck to any women looking to do any sort of skincare/makeup routine

Summary: Not easy to get in touch with staff. Apartment not cleaned, suppose to hang sign if we wanted cleaning, wich nobody told us, and sign not present in appartment.

Summary: The hotel is in a great location and very comfortable. Lovely spacious room and mostly good facilities. The kitchen area could be better equipped with enough cutlery for 2 guests would be useful. The hotel is slow to respond to enquiries but overall a great stay. Thank you.

Summary: I was placed in noisy unclean room 15 then moved to room 21 which had no refrigerator. The rooms need deep cleaning but otherwise comfortable. The staff was helpful

Summary: Booked in for 2 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was very spacious and we were at the back of the property. The room was clean and tidy but we did need extra bedding for the sofa bed for our eldest. The kitchen had the basics and a few coffee pods and tea bags were nice. Overall, it was a good stay. The QR code to get in was a bit of a faff, we needed to phone the hotel and pay the local taxes on a link before the QR was sent. once we had it, the system worked well. A nice spot opposite the zoo and very close to a couple of tram stops.

Summary: Poor communication - check-in instructions were sent 20 minutes after the check-in time. Room was not ready - situation was poorly managed. Room was fine, but needs upgrading. Avoid if you need somewhere quiet - you can hear most of what is being said in adjacent rooms.
