Summary: I’m reluctant to say how wonderful this apartment is, as it’s a hidden gem. The apartment is wonderful and close to everything, but the owners are absolutely beautiful people too, we have been so lucky to stay here twice.

Summary: The apartment is bright and cheery. Femme supplied us with amazing goodies, eggs, cheese, chocolates, milk, rolls- it was really sweet. Any problems were quickly addressed- internet going down during a repair and it was resolved. It felt like we were staying at home, it was so comfortable and convenient to everything. Femme and Ruud were exceptional host and we aplogize fro waking Femme up at 5:30 in the morning when we were leaving- We look forward to returning Crystal and Bijan

Summary: This was the most wonderful rental experience we've ever had! We stay in May of 2022 and will most definitely re-book next time we're in Amsterdam. The hosts were extremely friendly and thoughtful, while still giving you adequate space to enjoy your own time. They carried our extremely heavy bags up and down the stairs, provided recommendations and information, set up our bicycles, and even waited for us to get up on our last day in order to drive us to the airport without us even asking! To top it off they stocked the kitchen with delicious food and drinks. After traveling overnight from the US, this was exactly what we needed as it allowed us to refuel and relax with out the normal stress of the initial food run. That alone would've been enough, but the apartment and location were absolutely perfect! It had the unique charm we were looking for with plenty of space and accommodations. We enjoyed the apartment so much that we ended up spending much more time there than originally planned. It is also in a fantastic location! There is a bus stop right around the corner and a delicious, quick pizza place called Sotto's. It was quiet and clean but very close to the action that happened to the west. Almost everyday we walked or biked to anything we wanted to see. Several museums are also nearby. Don't miss heading east of the apartment. It was the most beautiful walk with plenty of garden's on the way to the zoo. I can't say enough good things about Fem and Ruud and their place!

Summary: I have long wanted an experience where I felt like I 'lived' in another country. Finally I had the opportunity to explore Amsterdam, and I didn't want to stay in a hotel like a cog in a wheel. I was happy enough to have this beautiful, historical apartment to my own for three days, but my hosts made it ever more special. They were warm and kind and so very helpful.
