Summary: We were looking for a place near the “Sky Retreat” (as we were attending a wedding) and this was great location. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway & also kayaking on the New River. The drive up to the cabin off main road however took 15 minutes, so very remote & private. Once you’re there we didn’t want to go back and forth other than once a day! Cabin very accommodating, but beds were a little soft for my liking. Needs some landscaping and trees cut for better view, but cabin itself very nice & cozy!

Summary: Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go but according to my husband, it would be an awesome place to spend the week because three days just aren’t enough.

Summary: Location was good and overall House was very clean and had everything we needed. Mattresses in all 3 bedrooms were box spring and spring mattress that were a little thin and could feel the springs in certain areas. As stated in the description, no Wi-Fi and cell coverage is spotty at best.

Summary: Serene mountain cabin with lots of wildlife to be viewed and a gorgeous waterfall on the route. Well appointed and great communication with hosts. Be mindful that there is no Wi-Fi and and had no cell service.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. A blessed vacation with family at this location. Enjoyed the balcony and rocking chairs. Enjoyed the brand new bathroom fixtures and clean tub and shower. The lighting and decor is very warm. Lovely cabin!
