2 Bedroom Condo in Del Mar

Sea Horse condo has just undergone a recent renovation! Charming space located just one short block to the beach in the coveted Beach Colony. Perfect for your vacation getaway!
Sea Horse condo is a well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building Open concept living allows all to enjoy the activities in the central living area. Fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the cooking necessities. Bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner/body wash and towels too! We supply beach gear (chairs, towels, toys, boogie boards & surf board). Both bedrooms have new beds (king and 2 twins), new bedding as well.
I live in the building and am available as needed.
The Beach Colony is sought after for its long stretches of white sandy beaches, great waves for boogie boarding or surfing, yet gentle shore break for little ones to play at the water's edge. Easy walk into Del Mar or go North to Cedros/Solana Beach. Race Track/Fairgrounds are less than a mile a way. Shopping, dining, freeway access all very accessible.

The washing machine is a "combo". It is one machine that washes and dries the clothing. It is meant for light loads. We do have coin operated machines in the building if you want to do larger loads of laundry.

No Smoking in condo or on property
No events/parties - this is a multi unit building! People live above, below and next door!

Summary: My grandparents stayed in this property as it is walking distance to family. Place was clean and as described. Host was responsive to questions and requests. We would stay again!

Summary: Condo was nice. It was clean. Very quiet space except when you could hear neighbors upstairs and doors creaking loudly. Location ok. It did rain quite a bit while there so did limit us on what we could do or walk to around us. Beach close but “downtown” Del Mar not. Way more driving needed than expected. It was also cold and heater inside didn’t really heat whole space. Just bedroom it was in. A bit of a musty sewer smell in bathroom when we arrived and either went away or got used to it. Place was well stocked with all the things you would need or want. Well maintained and communication great.

Summary: Our family of four (kids age 5 and 10) stayed at this condo to attend an event at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in January. The condo worked out perfectly for what we were doing. Close to the fairgrounds, close to the beach, easy access to nearby restaurants, grocery, coffee, etc. I liked the layout of the condo and it had everything we needed. Accessing the property was easy. Parking was easy. WiFi was good. Since we were there in January we didn’t take advantage of the beach supplies, but we did spend some time at the beach, which was really nice and clean. We also liked the nearby park that is just off the beach. This area has a lot of dog walkers and everyone was very nice.

Summary: Such a great location for families. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. All delivery services available within 10/15min for last minute supplies and food. Such a cute super clean condo. So many things to do (the track, beach, amenities) within walking distance.
