2 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Stalham

2 bed chalet on broadside chalet park close to the Norfolk Broads and seaside with lovely sandy beaches which go for miles, Sea Palling only 4.5 miles.
2 Bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin, Kitchen/diner, lounge, shower room.
Close to the seaside town of Cromer 18 miles famous for its cromer crabs, Norwich City, 17 miles, loads to do and a main city with 2 catherdrals and castle, great for shopping, Great Yarmouth 17 miles, great fun with plenty for children and adults alike, Pleasure Beach and Sealife centre to name a few. Great for family holidays and partners alike. Boat hire available across from the chalet park with access to miles of rivers and broads. Take a look at the seals at Horsey link here

Landscaped gardens, where children can play safely just outside the chalet, heated swimming pool and toddler pool open from Whitsun to September included in your booking (only open to chalet park owners), play area for children, clubhouse & restaurant all overlooking pool area, dogs welcome (must be kept on lead).
The property is not wheelchair friendly due to the size of internal doors.
There is no wifi at the property, however 4G is available and wifi is free at the clubhouse.
Shops in walkable distance, including Tesco, Factory Shop, Chemists, Butchers and Coffee Shops.
Please note bed linen is provided however towels are available at an extra cost, and must be requested at the time of booking.
If you require a early check in please let us know at the time of your enquiry and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that the electric in the chalet is coin operated. The meter takes £1 coins, and it is your responsibility to have enough for the duration of your stay. There will always be £5 in credit when you arrive. We ask that you leave £5 remaining credit when you leave please.
Please park in the car parks provided, not on the grass verges unless you are a blue badge holder, please let us know if you are when you book.
Please also be aware that the clubhouse and swimming pool are independently owned the opening hours are subject to change without prior notification to the Chalet owners
Please note that all rubbish must be put in the allocated refuse and recycling bins all can be found at the carparks around the park.

Summary: This Chalet has no WiFi whatsoever although you would assume it does when reading the Vrbo description when booking, (description amended since we booked), The chalets heating did not work and the tv only worked periodically, that's after we put new batteries in the remote controls. ceiling lights in the kitchen didn't work, the double bed is tired and very uncomfortable. chalet suffers with bad condensation.

Summary: The chalet was clean and well equipped. The site was pleasant and quiet. Very safe for children to play. Our host was very pleasant and responded to requests straight away. Would stay again. The only slight issue was that we felt it could be made clearer the children's play park and swimming pool are not open before May. As these were a selling point for us we were slightly disappointed. However, it did not stop us enjoying our stay!

Summary: Check in process and friendliness was good and for the most part we found the property reasonably clean and well equipped. We appreciated the comfort and found the instructions very clear to follow. The shower has a small problem between the tiles and the tray , and the vinyl covering on the kitchen units seems to have separated with age but we are sure from looking at everything else the owners may address these small issues. Unfortunately the clubhouse kitchen was closing and therefore they were not replacing their menu options for vegans or vegetarians, and we were disappointed the pool was closed. However we understand there is going to be new owners to the clubhouse kitchen so this shouldn't put off potential bookers.

Summary: A lovely, modern chalet in the perfect location. A quiet site with a reasonably priced bar, which also serves good food. Close to a lot of beautiful places. A perfect holiday. Excellent communication from the owners.
