Summary: The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Fabulous location. Minor issues were dealt with quickly. And although I have listed 3 areas that could be improved we had a great holiday. Thank you all, especially Amalia who responded quickly to my messages. 1. The description of 'Private Beach' is misleading. Better to call it 'Private Lakeside Garden'. 2. Access to the lake from the private 'Garden NOT beach' is quite difficult dues to the large slippery rocks. Steps of some kind would make it much easier. 3. Although Keesy was easy to use, after a long day we had to get a taxi from the airport to Desenzano and then on to the apartment. This added extra cost and time that we were not prepared for. And then we had to do it again when checking out. It would be much easier if we could pick the keys up at or nearer to the apartment. Maybe have an arrangement with one of the local hotels.

Summary: This apartment is perfect!! Very clean and spacious with wonderful views of Lake Garda. It is located directly in the center of the main town in Sirmione so once you park your car in the garage you can walk to everything...restaurants, bars, beach, shopping, boat rentals, etc. Lara the host was extremely friendly and responsive and allowed us to extend our stay an extra night. We will definitely be back!!
