Summary: Flat had everything we wanted for a family stay. The flat was spotless and comfortable, and just off the main square in the old town, making the location excellent. The parking (arranged through the company and paid for separately) worked well and was close enough. Communication with and from the management company was faultless.

Summary: Roberta was amazing, she did more than we expected to help us. She spotted problems we might have and solved them for us. The place was just as described, very spacious, very well equipped and the position was perfect. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay!

Summary: Die Lage ansich war top! Total zentral am Eingang der Altstadt Sitmione gelegen. Die beiden Dachterrassen sind wirklich schön, allerdings waren sämtliche Gartenstühle kaputt und die Pflege der Terrassen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Neues Terrassenmobiliar inkl Sonnenliegen wäre toll! Für Familien mit Kindern, die ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl brauchen wäre es von Vorteil wenn beides mitgebucht werden könnte...

Summary: The apartment is located at the top floors of building with a restaurant on the ground floor. The kitchen equipment and the air conditioning are perfect. The terraces offer scenic views of the Sirmione castle. The parking (for which you have to pay extra) is conveniently located some 5 minutes from the apartment, which is fine, given that the building is in the pedestrian zone. To make use of the kitchen, you have to drive to a supermarket, because there are no grocery stores in the vicinity. Downtown Sirmione may be a beautiful place, but hordes of tourists make it unbearable in August. Heaps of people roam through the main street just in front of the building at any time. The beaches are also densely packed. Noise and smells from the restaurants spoil the recreation. If you headed to the vacation in order to catch up on sleep after a busy and sleepless year, you will damn the musicians playing Italian and international pop hits at nights, sometimes until midnight. The vicinity of the restaurant downstairs was troubling also because we had to witness a disturbing scene on the stairs of our building with men connected to the restaurant angrily shouting and a woman screaming and howling. Presumably, some violence was taking place. The bed mattresses are wanting, but the worst was the internet connection, which constantly broke off making it impossible to use even the basic online services, not to mention videoconferencing, streaming movies or working with corporate cloud services.

Summary: Friendly service. Balcony door is out order. You know that because there are many comments about this problem on booking but you don't do nothing with it. Mattress in the sleepingroom is old and used. It is a hight time to buy a new one.
