The space
You’ll have the whole townhouse to yourself! Enjoy a spacious, clean, and stylish space, that has one extra queen sized floor mattress and a living room sofa that converts into a bed. Fast gigabit internet (1200 Mbps) and a 55 inch smart TV in the living room that has free Netflix. A pack & play and high chair for the younger guests, plenty of linen and towels for a comfortable stay, lots of table games, a fully equipped kitchen, and more!
This 3 story house has a kitchen, dining, and living space on the first floor, as well as a WC. On the second floor you’ll find the king sized master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen sized bedroom, a room with bunk beds, and a second bathroom. The third floor has two queen sized bedrooms and a third bathroom.
The house has two entrances, one in the front and one through the backyard. There is free parking on the premises, which you can access through a two-way wide alley. Additional free street parking is available.
No parties, events, or smoking are allowed on the premises!
Any violation of the house rules is grounds for immediate cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property with no refund.

Summary: We are in town to see our daughter’s university. This is close to downtown, which made things super easy and parking was never a problem, we will be looking to book again when we visit next time. The check in process was seamless and communication with the property owner was excellent. The house was sparkling clean and we were very comfortable as a family of 7. Thank you again for a great stay!

Summary: Lovely row home that was as advertised. Plenty of space for our group. The neighbor’s music could get a little loud so pack a white noise machine. Some tight stairs that may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Parking was easy. Thanks for a nice weekend!

Summary: The house was perfect for our 9 family members ranging in age from 18 to 86. It was clean, spacious, nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed to serve large meals. The host was great and communication was easy, and check in and check out were seamless. We'll definitely try to stay here again!
