This is the garden-level unit of our modern duplex home and has it's own separate entrance and the yard area and its' amenities are not shared with the other unit and are for your exclusive use.
The space has been lovingly designed by its' architect/owner. It is small (~600sf) but big on design, features, and amenities including a brand new kitchenette, large flat screen TVs in both rooms The star of the show is definitely zen garden with romantic hot tub and wood-burning fire pit. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE WE HAVE LISTED THIS AS A 2-BEDROOM UNIT, ONE OF THE TWO QUEEN BEDS IS IN THE MAIN SPACE WITH THE LIVING AREA.
