Summary: The property was exactly as described. It has everything you need for you to enjoy your stay. It's in a lovely setting, with great views with Calpe and Moraira within easy driving distance. Wendy, the host, responded quickly even for the silliest of questions. We had wanted a week to completely switch off; we came home feeling refreshed and well rested. Mission accomplished!

Summary: Wendy was a great host, very good with communication and we appreciated the flexibility with arrival days etc. The villa had everything we needed, the pool was well maintained and the garden beautiful - both sun and shade all day. Having a separate annex worked well for our party, great having a kettle and fridge downstairs too. We really appreciated being able to walk to the beach and a good supermarket. The beach restaurant was great and well used too! Good location for a couple of airports, and venturing for wider sight seeing as well.

Summary: Casa Lita is a very well-maintained property just a few minutes from the beach at La Fustera. Although we were there mid-winter it was still (just) warm enough for a brief swim! The property has everything you need for a very pleasant stay and the Algi supermarket just down the road is very well stocked, including with fresh croissants in the morning!

Summary: We are just coming to the end of a great three week stay at Casa Lita with our Daughter and three Grandsons. Beautiful location with every amenity provided. Great pool well maintained, lovely views, close to local amenities. Thanks to Kirstie for her warm welcome and help during our stay. Summary: Excellent Holiday Home. Friendly and helpful management, well maintained. Easy walk to beach. (6 mins). Easy walk back (ok it's uphill! 10 mins). Super beach nearby, snorkellling rocky cove also nearby. Beach front music and beach bar super in evenings. Holiday house is in a very quiet secluded spot overlooking the sea and hills. Pool super. Summary: We have had a much needed relaxing week at Casa Lita. The villa was clean and had a real home from home feeling. The pool was great fun (albeit a tad chilly on first entering)but the old adage “its ok once you are in” was very true. Having a car is a must, we ventured out and about taking in as many sights as we could in our week. Communication with Wendy has been easy and her quick helpful replies were much appreciated. Kirstie very kindly arranged for some essential supplies as we arrived late and had 2 hungry children. Over all a great Villa, supper owners and great location. 👍

Summary: We have just returned from another holiday at Casa Lita. The villa is well equipped with all could possibly want for your holiday plenty of kitchen equipment, wi-fi and freeview tv. Comfortable beds and lounge. Outside is a beautiful swimming pool and mature gardens with lemon and lime trees and established plants. The property is clean and well maintained any problems are soon sorted out by Kirstie the on site contact. Casa Lita is situated in a quiet residential area of La Fustera but only a short drive or walk to the local beach, bars restaurants and supermarket and nearby to Calpe and Moraira where there are numerous bars and restaurants. The owners of Casa Lita Wendy and Ivor have always been very helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend this villa to our family and friends. Peter and Barbara

Summary: We have very much enjoyed our week in the Casa Lita. The house offers plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The pool is great and there are several nice places on the location where you can read a book or just relax and have a drink. The local beach is beautiful and there is a nice supermarket in town. I would recommend a car to get around the Costa Blanca. One highlight besides enjoying the house, was a daytrip to Valencia. Thanks, Wendy, for the nice and easy contact.
