Positive: There was a power outage in the area when we stayed and the staff were incredibly accommodating and communicative, even offering to give us a full refund if we wished to stay elsewhere. The power was restored by the time we got back from dinner however and the stay was very comfortable. Bed was enormous and the shared facilities were clean.
Summary: Great place to stay for a long layover.

Positive: It was very roomy and the other tenants were nice. The backyard was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. The owner was really nice and made me feel very welcome, even when I was loud at night at times lol, still consistently nice never even mentioned it.

Positive: I love the area, as I am familiar with this location near the Denver Airport as I used to reside in Colorado. I love the home, the layout, the hot tub, the backyard adornments, and most of all, I love the friendly dog.
Negative: The owner, operator was predisposed to his own idea of what he will and will not allow to happen at the property, and rightly so, however, in the point of view of the customer, this is a gray area of hospitality that should not be overlooked. This location is in an affluent residential area and trying to control the behavior of the guest (only accepting 10 star reviews) is unethical and misleading to the consumer. After careful consideration, I am voicing my concerns, as this is a business that advertises as a Denver International Airport Air B&B. I was prepared to leave the 10 star rating and took several pictures of inside and outside the property to support the 10 star review. But sadly I don't quite agree with this initiatial 1st impression.
Summary: Good location, great home with a hostel feel.
