This apartment will charm you with its cosy side: modern decor, very well equipped and bright. It is located in the quiet and residential Gerland district. It is a 10-minute walk from the Jean Macé train station.
This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x200), the other with a double bed (140x200) and a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed). You will have exclusive use of the apartment and will be free to use all the equipment. Unlimited internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine. It is located on the 6th floor with a lift.
If you arrive by car, you can park in a private garage space.
The cleaning fees include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as bed linen and towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. A single set of keys will be provided for your stay.
Check-in to the apartment is autonomous from 5pm. An early check-in option at 2pm is possible for an additional fee of +€20.
On your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on arrival.
Cleaning fees will be charged a second time in case of non-compliance with the check-out time limit.

Summary: It is run by a property management company. The place is very nice, but it is run on very thrifty basis. No extras and no frills and Good luck if you have a problem after 6pm. Also the check in process is lacking. When they tell you where to go to get the keys, they you a picture of something totally unrelated. The keys are in a lock box and they send you a pic of someone keying numbers onto a keypad. Also, they don't advise you that you need a fob to get into the front door. Then when you finally get to the apt door, they also do not tell you that you need to turn the key three times to the right, to unlock the door and 2 times to the left to lock it. Then they left 2 small rolls of toilet paper, for 2 wonen for 2 days. NOT nearly enough. And when you request more, they just ignore your request. I felt that it was about getting as much mibey as possible, while doing the least they can. Not the personal touch at all.
