Located on the 6th floor with elevator, this beautiful apartment is composed as follows:
Day area: - an entrance leading to a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- a living room with a comfortable sofa, a television, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area that can accommodate up to 3 people
Sleeping area upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a 160 bed, a large storage cupboard, ideal for 2 people
- 1 bedroom with a 140 bed, perfect for one person,
- 1 bathroom with bath and toilet.
Exterior: You will have the chance to enjoy a large 18m² terrace facing south-west, equipped with garden furniture and a large table for convivial meals.
Neighborhood: The Vill'arborea is located in the very administrative district of Gerland, and more precisely of Jean Jaurès, close to transport, shops and restaurants.
The metro is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Part Dieu station is located on the same line, just 4 stops away, you will be 1 metro stop from Jean Macé and the T2 tram leading you straight to Perrache station, and 4 stops from Place Bellecour.
If you travel by car, Jean Jaurès car park is located 7 minutes away on foot. It is free but limited to 100 spots. Otherwise you can find free parking spots around the apartment.
Vill'Arborea is managed by Cocoonr agency in Lyon and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present the apartment, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on your arrival.

Summary: VILL'ARBOREA What a lovely stay in a beautiful city. They were very responsive when coordinating arrival times. The condo is a 2 minute walk to the metro and the grocery store. Easy access to everything. The outdoor space is large and a lovely place to sit in the morning and evenings.

Summary: VILL'ARBOREA We had an amazing trip and the apartment was lovely. The space was much bigger than expected. It was a great place to come back to after a day in the centre. The apartment has two bathrooms each with a toilet. Particularly lovely to have a balcony area. It was in a great location and was 5 minutes away from a metro stop. There is also an Auchan 5 minutes away. A super stay we definitely will recommend.

Summary: VILL'ARBOREA We stayed for a month to get us through January, with a mix of working remotely and exploring somewhere new. The accommodation was perfect for this. Very well equipped, warm, good WiFi and a very good location for walks, runs and coffee shops. We loved our time in Lyon and would highly recommend the property

Summary: VILL'ARBOREA Great duplex apartment in a recent construction and cool neighborhood. Only minor negative is that one of the bedrooms has a large glass bay window w/o curtains so light and sound from the living room & kitchen downstairs leak into it. Should be easy to fix.

Summary: VILL'ARBOREA Overall a very cool, clean, comfortable and spacious place within a new residential area. Close to Jules a gourmet patisserie and local produce market. Transport to other parts of city easily accessible, metro was amazing. Short walk to river and lots to see in the city. Some noise due to construction but only when outside on terrace. Garden area made outdoor area lovely when the sun was out. Also loved the blockout shutters. Wifi was very reliable for work. We would definitely recommend others to stay here.
