Positive: The apartment was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the historic centre of Florence. The host was very welcoming and maintained contact throughout our stay to see if we required anything.
Summary: This apartment was a home away from home for our 5 day stay in Florence. Highly recommended.

Positive: Loved the location and the apartment was really cute and the beds were really comfortable. Very authentic and everything was at your fingertips in the surrounding streets. The host was very helpful and accommodating.
Negative: Good to note that it’s really noisy - nothing to do with this property - but I think this would be everywhere in the City Centre (though I wouldn’t change staying here). We were a family of 6 and the table only seated 4, it was missing a washing machine and the showers were a bit small. We also had to park our car at a car park 25mins walking distance as we had a VW Caravelle.
Summary: Really cute place in a brilliant location!

Positive: The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It included a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and laundry. The location is just off a main street in an older residential part of the city not far from Boboli Gardens and the Santo Spirito area, which has many restaurants. It was also a short walk across the river to the main shopping area. The result was that we felt very close to things bit also in a quieter area. The staff was very helpful both before we arrived and while we were there. The host was very quick to respond to WhatsApp messages. When we went to the office, they were very helpful with information both about the unit and Florence in general. We really liked being in a non-tourist area where we could get more of a flavor of the city and culture.
Negative: Nothing significant.
