Summary: Everything about our stay at the hotel was excellent beginning with the courteous and extremely nice staff, especially Alberto and Laura. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and had a great shower and bathroom facilities. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel and if we ever return to Firenze we will stay here again. I recommend highly staying this hotel.

Summary: Fantastic hotel in a really vibrant neighborhood full of amazing food, shops and historical sites. Great staff. Breakfast was varied enough to keep our interest for 6 days. Can’t recommend this hotel any more highly.

Summary: Rooms are very comfy and super quiet... Great bedding. Love the eclectic decor, as well. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Shout out to the woman who manages the breakfast. She is a saint and made sure everyone in our family had a great start to our day. Rooms were spacious and fun. Best shower of our trip (hot, good pressure), great location. Friendly/accommodating staff.
