Summary: We had a fantastic stay. The room we stayed in was spacious with all the amenities needed and had the necessary air con when temperatures were excessively high. The breakfast was excellent and set is up for the day. There were complimentary snacks, pastries, fruit, tea and coffee available throughout the day. All staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful and did their utmost to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel has lots of character and is well placed to see ‘tourist’ sites but also to escape the crowds. We would definitely return if revisiting Florence in the future or try one of their sister hotels.

Summary: Excellent stay. Very welcoming and professional. We stayed in the deluxe Pinnochio room and it was spacious, comfortable and clean. The service is truly impeccable and it’s in a convenient neighborhood!

Summary: Quirky! Original! Fab! These are just a few of the words I would use to describe this 7-room hotel. In addition, it is located in a great part of the city as far from the madd(en)ing crowds as possible in this jubilee year with Easter and good weather approaching. Davide and the rest of the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Did I mention the toy cars and dinosaurs?
