The apartment is spread over an area of about 130 square meters and has: a large outdoor terrace of 140 square meters, framed by lush evergreen plants for absolute privacy; a spacious and bright living room furnished with refinement and equipped with every kind of comfort, including a nice kitchenette; four bedrooms and three comfortable bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
The four bedrooms have large windows that provide lots of light. The soft and relaxing colors of the walls, the warmth of the parquet and the refinement of the design objects and furnishings make the rooms particularly comfortable. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, heating. The three bathrooms available to guests are furnished in light colors, equipped with shower or bathtub and all kinds of comforts.
The living room enjoys lots of natural light, thanks to the many windows and direct access to the outdoor terrace. The environment has been organized in such a way as to have three perfectly habitable and comfortable areas, that is, a contemporary style kitchenette equipped with every kind of comfort for cooking independently; the relaxation area with a nice and characteristic fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can enjoy watching TV or chatting and, finally, the dining room with a spacious table in fine wood.
Another highlight of the apartment is the spacious outdoor terrace overlooking the city. Part of the perimeter of the private terrace has been covered by evergreen plants for complete privacy.

Summary: This was a great apartment with a wonderful outdoor space for morning coffee and evening cocktail. The weather was chilly but we took advantage of the deck anyway. Check in as seamless and the host was attentive and responsive. The place was large and the beds were so comfortable. The location is perfect. Right on the other (cooler) side of the Arno. We walked everywhere. Washer and dryer were helpful the bath a luxury. I can’t say more. So wonderful.

Summary: We (6 adults, and two teenagers) stayed for one week to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday - and had an incredibly wonderful time. The apartment (in an old Palazzo !) is perfectly located on the southern side of the Arno - off the very busy streets, but the within in very short walking distance to EVERYTHING. It's exactly as advertised : spacious enough to easily accommodate a large group, but cozy enough to feel right at home. All of the amenities show that the owner's pay great attention to detail (for example, there were ample opportunities to charge all sorts of devices, including many adapters). The communication with the owners before arrival went very smoothly, which was especially important to our group coming literally from the four different corners of our planet. The check-in process was perfectly organized, and thanks to the quick introduction to the premise by Maria we were able to relax almost immediately. The concierge Stefano has excellent recommendations for restaurants, and is very helpful in general (organising taxi service to airport, etc...) ! A nice surprise : apparently, the owners of that large tree just northeast of the terrace had decided to trim it generously just a few days before our arrival --- and thus we suddenly could enjoy the view of the Dome when lounging outside. We are definitely sure to come back !

Summary: Four women traveling for a birthday had a wonderful time at this property. The location and amenities were great and Stefano, the doorman, was a lot of fun and very helpul. Would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Florence!

Summary: This apartment, right on the Arno River, is gorgeous and spacious. The private terrace is huge and provided a wonderful environment to relax. The property manager, Maria, was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Summary: This large apartment was a great place to stay during a hot week in August. It was quiet and the AC was amazing. The terrace was lovely to sit on at night. While not in the heart of the tourist action, the apartment is close to a grocery store and many cute shops. Minor caveat - the beds are quite hard.

Summary: Our family of seven—three adults and four children aged 14, 12, 9, and 6—stayed at this beautiful property, and it exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of space for everyone, with Grandma essentially having her own private quarters. The washing machine and dryer were very great, which made laundry a breeze. The air conditioning was fantastic, probably even better than our central air back home in the States, which was a lifesaver during the hot August days. This was one of the nicest rentals we've ever had. The location was perfect; we were able to walk to everything, yet it was situated in a quieter neighborhood, which made mornings and evenings especially peaceful. The private rooftop porch was a wonderful spot to relax.
