Positive: The outside appearance of the house is what caught our attention while booking online. The sea view inside the house is exceptional. It has a great view being located higher than the rest of the surrounding houses. Good shower with hot and cold and good water pressure. The availablity of washing machines and a dryer is a great plus. Cooking utensils is complete. Everything you will need for cooking is there.
Negative: The house is outdated. Interior and furniture is completely outdated and is not comfortable. Cleanliness is how you would expect after surely running for 20 years without update. Our bedroom has hairs when we checked looking like the sheets were not changed. If spiders is an issue to you. THINK TWICE. I have never seen a spider infestation to a certain degree. The braii or grill area is overgrown with plants or shrubs. Making it difficult to grill. No lights and very dark. We dont want to dramatize. If we are a group of youngsters partying or only for a night it could be an ok place to go and sleep. I could have even lived with the old furniture. Just the cleanliness and monster spiders gave us the rest. Overpriced. Invest some money to upgrade all areas of the house

Positive: The fact that it had lovely ocean views and the quietness the location provided.
Negative: The house lighting at night inside was quite bad especially upstairs. The kettles were rusted especially the stove top one that was leaking in the upstairs unit. The plugs upstairs also tripped when trying to use a hairdryer.
