3 Bedroom House in Discovery Bay

Riverfront/Lake vacation home in Discovery Bay with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen. Bring your boat!
- This 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom house (2,400 sq. ft.), very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. The house is a little dated but tidy and right on the California Delta.
Discovery Bay is about Location (close to fast water), Location (exposure to the sun) and this is the best spot!
- Located in prestigious Starboard bay, you are only 10 minutes from fast water in the main channel, there is no easier access to getting out and enjoying the water sports that the Delta is famous for. This home is located to give you views of the best sunsets California has to offer.
- The dock is in a secluded private bay which is great for swimming, or just floating on a raft. Additional boat slip available at no additional cost, bring your boat! There is also great fishing right off the dock. (You need a fishing license for California). The private over-sized double U dock has room for 2 boats up to about 30’ each. Our boat is not included in home rental). We have 2 SUPs and a water carpet you can use!
- Comfortable living room with WIFI and smart TV.
- You will find a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, plates and glassware and all built in appliances. We have a regular coffee machine and a Nespresso. All you need to bring is food & drinks.
- The master bedroom has a King size bed, and an attached master bath. A Stages spin bike is available and is very smooth.
- The second and third bedrooms have King size beds and a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms is missing a door and has curtains instead.

Renters Must be at least 30 years of age.

Summary: It was really nice and exactly as described. Your supply of water sports equipment was great since we didn’t have a boat. Those were enjoyed by all and the kids loved the fishing. We luckily had taken poles. A few suggestions. Master bedroom bed was very worn out. You should mention that there is only 1 TV in the entire house. Screen doors on the front door and slider would be nice to get some cross ventalation. But all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Summary: Everyone in our party enjoyed the property, the private dock, and the marina. The extra large covered patio was room for all of our friends and family and more. The paddle boat, paddle boards, were a good touch. We parked our fishing/Ski boat in the private slip and it worked out perfectly, the public launch ramp is a block away, very nice. The home in the marina are beautiful including this home.

Summary: We really enjoyed being on the water and fishing off the back deck and dock. Also only a short drive (1hr 45min) from home. Liked roominess of common area and visibility from kitchen to tv, outside, etc. My bed in the primary bedroom was way too soft, but I like my extra firm bed at home. Kitchen had all the necessities, ditto for bathrooms. Overall great experience. Thanks for a lovely place to get away with no grandkids. Just mom & dad and 2 grown sons. :-)

Summary: Claire is a tremendous host. The house is in a great location between the Discovery Marina and fast water. It was a perfect place for our late summer ski getaway. We really appreciated Claire's attention to detail. Her communication was flawless and she is the best host that we have encountered during our many stays in vacation rentals. Thanks som much for having us and we look forward to returning!
