Summary: This is a charming apartment that is wonderful for a getaway. The beds were comfortable. The house was bright and cheery. Sandy was so friendly and helpful - and the breakfasts were wonderful. Sandy was also very accommodating to our special dietary needs. It was a quick drive to Elizabeth, but we were there for a writer's retreat, so we stayed home most of the time. I would highly recommend it.

Summary: This was my 2nd stay. The location is a 20-25 mins drive to Galena and minutes from downtown Elizabeth. The house is cozy & well stocked. Sandy's breakfasts are amazing! If you leave there hungry, that's on you! I would definitely come back
