FULL DESCRIPTION
This charming 1953 home is 5 minutes from the beautiful and Dog-Friendly, Ringling/Payne Park where you can spend a leisurely morning or afternoon on the walking paths enjoying the scenery, or an action-packed day of enjoying the Circus themed playground, disc golf, cycling, Tennis Center, Skate Park, Cafe in the Park and more! The home has been newly renovated and professionally decorated. This is an incredible location! We are TWO BLOCKS from The Legacy Trail, downtown, and parks so bring your bikes or favorite walking shoes and come enjoy the fantastic Florida weather.
Upon entering the home you are greeted with a large dining area with seating for eight that is open to the kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second guest room has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower stall and the third bedroom has a queen bed, desk, and access to the hallway bathroom. The third bedroom also has double doors that lead out to the patio. All bedrooms have comfortable new sheets bedding and towels. The living room has two sofas with one that pulls out into a queen bed and a large wall-mounted TV. Double doors off the living room lead to the private deck and back yard that come alive at night with ambient lighting. The backyard also has a BBQ grill and firepit with seating for a relaxing evening after a long day at the beach or sightseeing. The host has even provided a few games and puzzles for families to enjoy.
This comfortable private home is located just minutes from downtown Sarasota where you will find many options for dining, shopping, and nightlife. Payne Park is within walking distance from the home and includes Bicycle Trails, Equipment/Facility Rental, Hiking Trails, Picnic Facilities, Playground, and a Restaurant In Park. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class white sand beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is 7 miles and Lido Beach is 5 miles from the home. Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices. Flying into Sarasota/Bradenton airport is easy and convenient with direct flights from many cities and is only a 20 minutes drive from the home.

Summary: On first entering the property, I was a little concerned about the slight mildew smell. But that is fairly typical for Florida and we easily got used to it. The overall pluses of the property certainly made up for it! Nice kitchen, bathrooms, comfortable beds, clean, so overall a wonderful stay

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit was great. The location allowed us to walk to the Ed Smith stadium. The central location to downtown was great. We left some firewood for the next guest!

Summary: Cute, spacious house, bright and sunny, nicely decorated, very clean, comfy beds.Beautiful Payne Park is walking distance, Pompano pickleball courts within a mile, close to Legacy Trail, nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly neighbors and the location is the best!

Summary: This house had everything we needed: clean, spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, inside and outside seating, close to family and attractions we went to. Hopefully we'll be back another time. This place is close to downtown Sarasota and the Legacy Trail for walkers and bikers to enjoy the great outdoors.

Summary: Very nice layout and well suited for our needs. Also enjoyed the location in a quiet neighborhood with reasonable privacy. Only issue we had was dishwasher did not clean loads when we used it but that was a minor issue.

Summary: Check-in was super easy. The house was clean and well stocked to get us going for our four week stay. Plenty of room for all of the guests. Cooking was breeze with nice variety of pans, storage containers and utensils. Nice fenced yard and screened from porch area. Large sitting room and table for game play or eating. The linens were clean and not stained. The people in the neighborhood were very friendly and this is walking distance to Payne Park. Mile and a quarter from the shops and food on Main Str. Great beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach wagon.
