Positive: The property was spacious, had enough rooms and bathrooms for a small family. House was cute and neighbors were nice. Cute chickens came over to say hi from a neighbor.
Negative: The back room was at a slant. The room was strange walking through. The fan blade was broken and the window blinds. The trundle bed in the first room was tricky to operate and seems fragile. The blinds were broken in almost all the rooms of the house. The middle room the mattress was as comfortable and it was warmer. The air didn’t cool that room as well as the other rooms.
Summary: We stayed a few days and had to leave early.

Positive: The inside of the house was just like the pictures describing the property.
Negative: They had plenty of dishes, needs more forks, small spoons, cookie sheet, Big mixing bowls, a strainer, Kitchen towels, a drainer for the dishes, The BACKYARD was a VERY Big Disappointment.. & the curb appeal was in need of appeal.
Summary: House was nice, No Backyard to Enjoy!! The first photo is theirs the other 3 is what we seen.

Positive: Everything was clean inside the house. It was very comfortable. Location wise we wasn’t not far from shopping area.
Negative: The outside of the property needs cleaning. The yard was filthy. We could not utilize the back yard. It wasn’t clean or the grass was not cut. I thought it would look like the picture or better. Front yard is worst. Trash and bugs all over the place.
Summary: I would stay again. Outside upgrade is needed.

Positive: Very spacious and very clean. Was able to accommodate my family with tons of extra space. We loved the shower in the master bedroom everybody wanted to use it. I would definitely stay here again! Great location only 7 miles from siesta key beach where we spent the day.
Negative: The only problem we couldn't figure out the kitchen faucet.
Summary: My family had an excellent experience at this rental house. Very cozy and comfortable.
