- Animal Kingdom is the closest park to our condo. It took me twelve minutes to reach the timeclock when I worked at the park.
- Owner-operated villa. New A/C installed 2023
- Maximum occupancy is four (4) persons.
- The buildings in this complex do not have elevators.
- We focus on cleanliness and keeping the condo well-maintained. Our carpeting is sanitized by steam cleaning on a routine basis, and high-efficiency air conditioning is recently installed.
- WiFi is free.
- The laundry machines are inside the condo, free for you to use during your visit.
- WE AUTHORIZE A GATE ENTRY PASS FOR THE VRBO ACCOUNT HOLDER WHO RESERVED THE VILLA, NO ONE ELSE. If you have friends you wish to get together with, they must rent their own villa and obtain their own gate pass.
There is a $50 per person, per night fee for exceeding 4 person occupancy. Government credentials are checked on arrival.
- Windsor Palms is a gated resort community with a security officer operating the entry gates. Our Condo is two buildings from the pool, which you will see as you drive from the security gate to the condo. Our Condo is on the top floor, (3rd) , so it is among the quietest and most private condos in the building. This complex does not have elevators.
Our Condo is close to the pool but just far enough away to not hear the activity.
- No smoking, No Pets. No party.
- This is a self-catered villa. The guest is responsible for sundry items if the starter items we place are used up.
- You are renting the complete condo. No one else is sharing the space inside with you. The parking lot is in front of the stairwell. There is a security guard checking identification at the entry gate 24 hours a day. When your reservation and identification is verified by the security officer, you will receive a pass for your car to use the returning guest separate entry lane. The condo has an electronic door lock. On the afternoon of your check-in, we will provide you with the door code, and this code is changed for each guest, with past codes being deleted.

Summary: I would highly recommend this property! It is priced very well for all that it offers. I loved that we didn't have to rent from Sat to Sat as many VRBOs require that. This was the perfect size for the three of us. It was extremely clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The owners seemed to have thought of everything to make a guests stay very comfortable, from all of the items in the kitchen, the welcome note and drinks, to the drying rack and extra small table for counter space in the bathroom. Very well thought out. Great place!

Summary: Place was great to stay. Bed was comfy. Place was VERY clean. I would definitely stay again. Hosts were great to communicate with from check in to check out. I had no issues with my stay. We stayed 10 days.

Summary: My son named it, "the condo little house" and that's what it felt like. The condo was clean and they had a little year in the refrigerator waiting for us. That was just a nice little gesture that didn't go unnoticed.It was quiet, in a nice clean area and it was close to everything. Animal Kingdom was only a few miles away, Walmart, Dunkin, Starbucks and numerous restaurants are close but yet the condo is nicely tucked away.

Summary: I booked this condo for a last minute disney trip with my husband and 2 girls. It was the perfect size, our girls shared a room and had their own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook at home.

Summary: This condo has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked with ample dishes, cups, cookware, utensils, etc. you might need to prepare full meals or even quick snacks. This is a great size/space for either a quick trip or extended stay. Communication with owner was great! Location is convenient- within 15 minutes to all Disney parks, less time for restaurants and Wal-Mart. Everything is super clean. Complex has a pool that is pretty close and has scheduled activities on different days. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Summary: We loved our stay at Chris & Alena’s condo. It has a very homely feel, clean and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The complex is very safe , lovely pool area and gym. It is located within a good distance to all parks , the traffic each day doubles the length of time it should usually take but this would happen wherever you stayed. Good location for takeaways , restaurants and supermarkets. We had great communication from Chris, having owners who live nearby is a bonus if anything needs addressing straight away. During our stay there was an issue with the dryer and air con but a quick message to Chris and this was all sorted quickly. We had a delay checking in where our name were not listed at the gate. Again Chris was quick to respond and it was all resolved. We were in the condo within 30min. We would highly recommend staying here and would return if we ever came back to Florida . Thanks for you hospitality Chris & Alena from us all .
