The price varies based on the time of year and length of stay. The owner is a Realtor based in central Florida. This unit has been RENOVATED with NEW carpet, paint, kitchen cabinets, ceiling fans and refrigerator. ALSO a digital movie library on my Roku device of over 800 films including every major Disney/Marvel/Star Wars film; and NOW an Amazon Echo digital assistant(which allows you to make FREE calls throughout the US, Canada, Mexico and also does MANY other helpful things). AND A BRAND NEW CENTRAL AC AND HEAT SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED IN OCT 2017 WITH A NEST THERMOSTAT. Also a NEW water heater(NOV 2017). The unit is outfitted with everything you will need. High Speed Internet/Wi-Fi, water, and electricity are INCLUDED. Community Amenities include: Olympic size heated pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, movie theater, game room, clubhouse, on-site store, basketball, tennis, volleyball, playground, and business center. Also the owner is a Florida native who shares his expertise about the area: theme parks, beaches, etc.
