Positive: You can really tell that this place is also used by the owners for their own holidays – it’s lovingly furnished with great attention to detail. The location right by the water is perfect, and everything you need – including the beach – is just a short drive away. We felt completely at home and would definitely come back!

Positive: The house and the property are beautiful. We were greeted by easy, listening, soft music, fresh flowers, and a beautiful view through the house to the canal. Every detail was attended to. The porch was my favorite place, but I also enjoyed the Adirondack chairs, hammock, and chaise lounges. The house is beautifully decorated, providing a sense of quiet and tranquility.
Negative: Englewood Beach is closed, so that was an inconvenience. We were able to go to Manasota Beach, which is not far.
Summary: I am so glad we came. The beauty, the rest, the excellent food all around and the beach. We’re just what we needed plus

Positive: Nice space - we'll equiped. Had a washer/dryer that we used. We didn't use the bikes or kayaks since we mainly just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights.
Negative: It wasn't clean under the bed. There weren't any washcloths. However, They brought us new ones the next day. The towels could be replaced. We washed them before we used them.

Positive: The house is very clean and very comfortable. I even spoke to a couple of very friendly neighbors. The rooms are pristine as is the kitchen. Everything you need is the kitchen is on hand. We loved the area for boating. From the dock to Stump Pass is only 30 minutes. We’re already planning our next trip back.
Negative: Location and dock on a canal that leads directly to the intercostal.

Negative: This is a two bedroom two bath with an open room layout with a daybed not really a big deal but I was expecting a three-bedroom home other than that this was a great property I still would stay again
