Bikinis & Martinis is the perfect St. George Island vacation home for family and friends. Located in the St. George Plantation community, the house sleeps 10 comfortably in four bedrooms. All bedrooms boast private bathrooms and access to the spacious and relaxing screened porches. Exclusive community amenities including pickle ball courts, tennis courts, beach boardwalks, nature trails, bicycle and walking paths, community pools, fitness center, clubhouse access and meeting space!
Just a short walk along a well-maintained path and you are basking in the gorgeous white, sandy private beaches of the Plantation. A sparkling pool is the final touch to complete your island getaway. Build sandcastles and memories for a lifetime at this beachside oasis.
The exterior offers covered concrete parking for two cars under the home with a protected, internal entrance. An exterior staircase allows additional access to the pool from all levels of the home. The ground level boasts a private sparkling swimming pool, and a covered furnished patio with a fan and a table/chair set, plus four Adirondack chairs. An enclosed outdoor shower is the perfect way to end your beach day, and a fish cleaning station is available for your coastal catch. Fill your coolers with ice for the beach from the convenient large ice maker found just inside the screened entry. A park-style grill is provided for cookouts.
The first floor offers three suites with coastal decor and a large laundry room with a washer/dryer. Upstairs, the living room offers a sofa, and a smart TV with cable, Netflix, Blu-ray and a library of DVDs. The kitchen with coastal views is well-equipped for preparing meals. Be sure to make use of the screened porch furnished with rocking chairs that provides the perfect location to enjoy the natural beauty of Florida among the pine and palm trees while bald eagles and pelicans pass you by. A half bathroom and suite also feature on the second floor.

Summary: This is a great vacation rental for a large group (we had a family of 8). Separate ice maker on site! Beds are very comfortable. Very clean and well kept. Pool is very nice as well. Only cons are the cookware (especially skillets) are all metal and hard to cook with. We bought non-stick skillets from dollar store and used those instead of metal cookware. WiFi was poor and the living room TV cable box was dead when we got there. We had no cable in the living room for our entire stay. Tried to stream TV but the WiFi was so terrible, the shows buffered constantly. We had a rainy week so we were inside more than usual.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Bikinis and Martinis. There were a few minor issues that I know the property managers will address, like getting the dishwasher fixed. I recommend bringing some alternative cooking utensils. The ones in the kitchen are junk, melted and terrible to cook with. The house itself was spacious and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed playing some of the board games. We really enjoyed having the pool for the kids and the screened porches were really nice in the evenings. The property is very close to the beach, just a short walk on a path through the trees. It was close enough that it didn’t feel exhausting to come back if we forgot something or needed to use the restroom. Overall, we loved our time here and are considering making this our annual beach spot.

Summary: The private pool was our favorite. We had 6 guests total. The pool was very big and was fun for all 6 of us to be in the pool at the same time! The house was good. Maybe needed some cosmetic updates but fully stocked and very nice! Would definitely stay there again!
