Summary: The property is in a beautifully secluded area that surrounds you with nature. The house is spacious but cozy at the same time. Vacasa makes the entire process easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house was very much what we expected. Vacasa and local property manager were poor performers, e.g. lock box had the wrong code and local property manager never responded so we were never able to gain access to the shed where we assume the bear boxes (recyling and trash bins) were kept.

Summary: I have been coming to Sugarbush annually and often stay in Vacasa rentals and they have all been great. This was the first time where I did NOT have a good experience. Not only was the house not clean (dirty linens in the closet, dirty tissues behind beds etc, couch had tons of crumbs etc) but 3 of the "beds" were simply mattresses on the floor. The listing photos in the loft did not look as pictured and the house certainly did not accommodate 10 people despite listing that it did. Additionally, the host was slow to respond, if they responded at all. All in all, in comparison to other Vacasa / VRBO rentals I have stayed in for similar price, this was absolutely not worth the money.

Summary: The cabin was nestled in the woods with only the sounds of the brook below. It was very quiet & comfortable with all of the amenities of home. Located in a very nice area.

Summary: The house was cute, and the location was good. We liked the woods and stream around the house and the quiet road it was on. The views of the woods out the windows were lovely. There were a few old board games for the kids, but not much else for them to do when it was raining. The TV worked well, and we had internet. The bed downstairs was a little hard and the sheets looked old. Some of the furniture was obviously old, but we didn't use a lot of it anyway. The kids stayed in the loft and thought that was fun. The downstairs shower didn't seem to get hot no matter how long we ran it, but I'm not sure why. We just used the upstairs shower. We were happy that we could bring our dog. Overall, it was a nice stay for the few days we were there, and very affordable.

Summary: This house suited our needs and budget. House was priced correctly. We are avid snowboarders and skiers and its location was great and the wooded surroundings are very nice. We would rent this house again. There was a hiccup regarding hot tub and vacasa did refund us some funds for this as it wasn’t available. We hope it will be in the future. Thanks!
