Summary: The property was very nice and felt comfortable in the house, but needs a lot of upgrades and the cleanliness could be way better. Other than that, it was nice.

Summary: We had an awesome weekend at this property. The house was plenty big, several rooms for entertainment, the bedrooms were the perfect size, amenities, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked with lots of spices (that’s a plus!) and the basement downstairs was another great plus as we all played cards and pool for the night. Would recommend and definitely return for another weekend in the future. Thank you!

Summary: We had a beautiful time. The house was spacious, clean and welcoming and we loved our cat friends who greeted us. Only issues: The firestick did not work in the master bedroom. I called for assistance and nothing happened. There's a small insect issues. We spotted a couple of roaches in the bathrooms. There was trash under the beds. Empty water bottles and plastic wrappers. Didnt notice until we were leaving and checked under the beds for possible fallen objects. We loved the family center being conveniently across from us. We will definitely visit again. Thanks so much. My granddaughter and her best friend were surprised, comfortable and happy.

Summary: House worked well for a group. Big, spacious, and clean. Perfect location relative to the track - 15 minute walk - in a safe, quiet neighborhood. I'd be happy to stay here again. Wish the place had a grill, otherwise it had everything we needed. We tried to leave the house as we found it. They do have outdoor cats that we fed - be prepared to help out. The gray one I wish I could have taken home - definitely an "indoor" cat living outdoors who was very, very sweet.

Summary: nothing negative to say about the place it was beautiful the family enjoyed it from the beginning to the end definitely will plan a future trip... the only bad thing i could say is that there's no grill but other than that nothing everything was fine

Summary: We wanted to have a family vacation and usually we stay in Arrowhead lake but decided to do something different. So let’s start… the house was nice. The rooms were clean and set up nicely. There are cats around the property and the owners ask you to keep them fed. As long as you don’t mind cats this isn’t an issue. My kids love animals and enjoyed putting food out every morning and every evening. The indoor pool and amenities were really nice and our kids went swimming every day. There are tvs in the living room, master bedroom and one of the guest rooms however they all run on Amazon fire stick and there isn’t one in the guest room. The issue is if you don’t have your own charging box and a way to make it plug in to the outlet into the TV they don’t work and you won’t have any TV. The wifi kept going out and when the wifi goes out the entire TV service does as well. This was very inconvenient to say the least. In all the times we stayed in the Poconos wifi and cable access was never an issue until this place. Next we went in April and although it wasn’t summer, everyday was in the 80s to high 80s. Please note you have no access to the AC. It is locked with a pin and the owner of the property had the temperature set to 90 degrees. The house was unbearable during the day. Each day we messaged the property manager trying to get a solution. It would be fixed and temperature would be turned down only to get turned back up again to 90 degrees. The upstairs was a sauna during the day and at night making it impossible to get our infant down for a nap or to even sleep at night. I have never paid this much per day to have absolutely no access to keeping the property comfortable. When I say the house is like sauna I mean it but then add that the owner had it set to heat and while it is hot outside it was blowing heat inside and we could do nothing to stop it. The property manager who I did speak to is very nice and tried his best to do what he could but at the end of the day, he isn’t the owner and his hands were tied. Between the wifi, TVs and the temperature of the house I definitely don’t feel like we got our monies worth. It’s a shame because had things been different we would be planning our next vacation at the same property. I was promised a refund per day for the inconveniences which I don’t believe is enough or sufficient for the issues but it is what it is. To date I haven’t received the refund or any information regarding it…
