This condo sits near the ocean shore on the south side of Mashpee, in a location that's particularly great for beach-goers. Mashpee Town Beach, South Cape Beach State Park, and Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge are all within two miles. The Cape Cod Children's Museum (three miles) and the many shopping and dining opportunities of Mashpee Commons (five miles) are close by as well.
Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a bright living space with nautical- and beach-themed decor and a charming palette of reds, whites, and blues throughout. Make yourself at home beneath two-story ceilings in the living room, relaxing on a pair of sofas and watching your favorite movies on the cable TV.
Prepare hearty meals using stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a gas stove and a French-door fridge), butcher-block countertops, and a gas grill outside on the patio. Summary: The condo is very lovely. Only two of us but clearly big enough for a large family. AT&T reception was just one bar but the WiFi was excellent. The kitchen had much of what you would want to cook meals including a Keurig coffee so bring K-cups. And there is a DVD player available so bring a couple of movies. It is right near the Mashpee town beach. We loved our stay b

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the South Cape Escape. The condo was very clean and the furnishings including the beds were comfortable. The owner decorated the condo with seasonal fall decorations which made the place feel quite homey. We will stay here again if our future travels bring us back to this area.

Summary: The condo was absolutely adorable! I was VERY comfortable there and the place had everything uou could need! There were PLENTY of towels , comfortable beds....sleeps 7 I think, there were 3 of us. The patio was do serene and pleasant to have coffee, read or glass of wine. There is even a little fireplace that did the trick! The place was perfect! We did have a problem navigating to it initially. Our directions kept sending us to the end of the complex. The directions needed to include the house number and not the complex number. Other than that I could have moved right in and been very happy for the rest of my life!!
