Welcome to Dolphin View! Our beach home is located on Destin's East Pass and the Destin Harbor. It is central to the most popular Destin activities and the harbor. The view of the jetty from our Lanai will occupy guests for hours. You can watch pods of dolphins herd schools of fish along the rock barrier and watch the deep sea fishing boats race toward the gulf in the mornings and return in the afternoon. Take a stroll to Norriego Point, the local beach just beyond the gates of the East Pass Tower complex for the fireworks show every Thursday night at 9 PM between Memorial Day and Labor Day, or watch the fireworks at poolside. You'll find our condominium is comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated, sleeps 6 and has a spacious Lanai accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. The Water Taxi (seasonal) is only steps away and will take you across the harbor to your favorite location - NO TRAFFIC!

Summary: My husband, 2 daughters, granddaughter and myself stayed for 10 days. It was an amazing vacation. Very clean and looked just liked the pictures. We were right at home. The view is amazing. Who wouldn’t want to look at the water all day! Loved the pool with the padded chairs. We enjoyed ourselves! Definitely recommend!

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed the Condo. It's was clean and welcoming. The location was great and it had an awesome view of the water. It wasn't far from the attractions and restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone and I would mostly definitely book this property again.

Summary: We were impressed on how beautiful and clean the condo was. We were in love! The very first night there was an error coming from a control panel directly beneath our condo that beeped every 5 seconds and continued until we left. Not terrible but just bothersome, especially when trying to go to sleep. Then.. Tuesday at promptly 9 am, tower 2 had construction. They were jack hammering the tile off the balconies which lasted until 5pm each day. We picked this condo for the big balcony and beautiful view which we couldn't sit outside to enjoy any of it. And forget sitting by the pool. Even with the door closed, it forced us to leave for the day. I believe this type of construction should have been disclosed. We chose this location to relax on vacation just the 2 of us for the first time in 20 years and it wasn't relaxing.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Beautiful location right on the pass….loved watching the boats go by from our large covered terrace. We saw sooo many dolphin right off the beach…beautiful sunsets! The unit is located on Holiday Isle, which is a quiet residential area just off hwy 98. Felt very safe while out walking, enjoying the local marinas. Many restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Unit was exceptionally clean, beds super comfortable, and kitchen well stocked with anything you could need. Easy check in process, would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at dolphin view. Melissa was great to deal with. The complex had a problem with the air conditioning in the building for about a day but the room had portable air conditioning units in it that we hooked up and kept the condo comfortable. Melissa was very easy to get in touch with and very prompt on answering any questions we had. She even paid for our meal one day because of the air condition problems.
