This coastal decorated extra-large luxurious one-bedroom/one-bath condo, located on the second floor and just steps from the two main elevators; making beach and pool access effortless. What is an "extra-large" one-bedroom condo? Our extra-large condo is 804 square feet of living area verses a regular one-bedroom condo which is 635 square feet. That's equivalent to an additional 13 x 13 feet of living area for nearly the same rate! Go extra-large for more living area! You will not be sorry.
This unit comes complete with a huge, clean, fully equipped kitchen boasting granite counter tops throughout, and a gigantic island for family and friends to gather around and laugh about the good times.
You can grab a quick bite to eat at the center island or for a more intimate dining experience, there is the adjoining dining room table that has comfortable seating for four with beautiful views of the harbor through the full glass sliding door as you dine.
The living area has a comfortable sofa sleeper, recliner and a side chair to relax in and enjoy the 55 inch high definition T.V. with cable and WiFi. A sound bar is also available for streaming your own music.
The coastal feel of this large master bedroom features a King size bed, overhead ceiling fan, and a private access to the bathroom. Enjoy the 32 inch LED T.V. and DVD player. The large closet is equipped with hangers. There is plenty of drawer space for all your clothes. This bedroom also has it's own sliding glass door for easy access to the balcony. If you have family or friends staying with you the sofa pulls out to a queen size, 6 inch Comfort Cool mattress. No bars in your back with this sofa; it's trampoline style!
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower to rejuvenate you after some fun in the sun. The bathtub has been removed. The vanity has a granite counter and a large basin. The high-performance comfort height commode takes away any worries. The in-unit clothes washer/dryer combo is tucked away in the bathroom pantry out of sight. The bathroom is equipped with plenty of whale tail hooks! Plus, the exhaust fan is equipped with WIFI to hook up your music while showering and getting ready.
Leading from the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door is the very large balcony with the most breathtaking views of the Gulf and East Pass/harbor. While you relax in the counter height seating, you will see the east jetty watching boats going in and out of the Gulf of Mexico. You also get an added perk with this unit of watching the most awe-inspiring sunsets right from your seat (April-November. )Thursday summer evenings and holidays there are fireworks all within view from the balcony. It's a fabulous display!

Summary: Second time we have stayed and I’m sure we’ve back. Hosts are phenomenal and responsive. Good parking, easy access to pool and beach. Units kitchen is well outfitted, we ate every meal in unit. Close to seafood market, grocery and great ice cream.

Summary: We were very impressed with everything about this condo, from the cleanliness to the location . The hosts thought of everything you could need and made sure it is there. The area the condo is located is very nice and neat and close to many types of places to eat and shop. We will be renting again and highly recommend.

Summary: This was a much needed get-a-way. I lost my Mother three months ago after a 7yr battle with Alzheimer's. Her birthday was Dec 21 and this was my first Christmas without her. I came across this property while searching for a get-a-way destination. I was immediately drawn to it. The condo is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The colors are warm and inviting. My spirits were lifted the minute I walked in. Jeremy and Whitney left no stone unturned Whatever you thought you might need was there. Every need was anticipated and provided for. It was immaculate! I shared my story about my Mom with Jeremy and Whitney and explained how Christmas was my Mom's favorite time of year. So much so, that she kept her Christmas tree up year round. Whitney contacted me and asked if I would like a tree put up in the unit. It brought me to tears to be able to honor my Mom's memory in this way. Jeremy and Whitney are not only great hosts but great human beings as well. We didn't want to leave but definitely left much better than we came. Thank You so much. Tracey

Summary: This was our second time staying in this condo! And it never disappoints! Jeremy and Whitney were amazing. They knew we were coming with our infant and they let us know as soon as the condo was cleaned so we could get there early and rest after our flight. They have great amenities for the beach! Condo is always clean and has everything you need. We will be back again! Thanks for sharing your place with us!
