Our groovy décor will make you smile, and its outfitted with everything you need. Trust us, you won't want to leave.
Penny Lane is a spacious 1 bedroom villa that includes plenty of space to entertain the new friends you’re sure to make. The screened lanai provides a relaxing environment for entertaining with a dining table for six, as well as overstuffed outdoor sofas and chairs. Plus it’s situated in a way that feels like a private oasis.
Inside you'll feel yourself relax amongst the designer furnishings in the spacious, light filled, open concept living room. Sit back, enjoy a beverage and take a stroll down memory lane as you listen to our carefully curated selection of vinyl records. Or perhaps cook a gourmet meal in the fully outfitted kitchen that has everything you may need. Stainless steel appliances, gas range, Keurig coffee maker - and we always try to leave farm fresh eggs when our hens are laying. You'll find enough cleaning supplies under the sink to get you started.
Need to work? No problem! There is a large desk and comfortable chair you can easily accomplish your tasks from.
In the generous master suite, you'll find only the highest quality bedding and linens, ensuring you a quality nights sleep. Again, the attention to detail was top-notch when designing the atmosphere for the suite - fun meets elegance. Touting a large walk-in closet, dresser and night-stand, you can easily organize your belongings and feel right at home.
The Jack-and-Jill en-suite is bright, crisp and clean, with the ability to keep your sleeping space private from guests. The shower over tub has integrated storage, keeping the space clutter-free. There's also several drawers, cabinets and a large linen closet. We provide plenty of fluffy white towels, fun striped beach-towels and even quick-drying gray towels in case your puppy needs a bath, too.
Speaking of Rover, we offer a few items like dishes and leashes to make your baby feel at home. There are several nice paths outside our door for a nice stroll together. We never charge a fee for your dog, as we find most dogs are better behaved than their owners :) We simply ask that you clean all poo from the lawn and in the rare instance there is an accident inside, you'll find a pet cleaning spray under the kitchen sink.
Time for laundry? You'll find a large capacity washer and dryer inside the home so no need to lug everything out to the hot garage. Easy to use and out of sight and sound by simply shutting the door.
Ready to explore? Our gas Yamaha golf cart makes checking out all the villages has to offer even more fun! Easy to use with instructions in the cart in case this is your first rodeo.

Summary: Penny Lane was as cool as advertised and as commented upon by previous guests. Cute house in cute neighborhood with great attention to details by our friendly hosts, Megan & Kevin. Played a lot of golf and pickleball, and explored The Villages, up and down. Appreciated it all!

Summary: FINALLY!! A House that has decent pots/pans, dishes and most importantly sharp knives!! No cheap toilet paper or paper towels. This cute little place was perfect for us to check out The Villages. We appreciated the golf cart and spent lazy afternoons reading on the back lanai. Owners were so easy to work with. We sure appreciated all the special touches.

Summary: Just right for two people. Not much yard if you bring the pets but I so appreciate those vbro hosts that allow well-mannered fur kids. That being said you can't tell that a dog ever stayed there. Very clean and comfortable. Not much of a yard, but lots of trails nearby to walk and highly recommend Rupert dog park which is less than 10 minute drive. This was very responsive to inquiries, easy check in and check out. We will definitely be back.

Summary: Loved this house and the neighborhood. Excellent location too. Approximately a 23min golf cart ride to Brownwood square and 5min golf cart ride to Sawgrass Grove. House was clean and well appointed with anything you might possibly need. Check in and check out was super smooth as well.

Summary: Perfect, comfortable and clean home. Great location near Sawgrass Grove and Southern Oaks golf course as well as Publix and Brownwood Square. The included gas golf cart was awesome and allowed us to really experience The Villages way of life.

Summary: Penny Lane worked really well for us because we were visiting family nearby. We appreciated that this home is in the Villages because there is so much to do (or not do) depending on how each day unfolded. Also, we have a dog that we preferred to take with us on this trip and Megan & Kevin not only allowed him, but were sweetly welcoming about him staying too!! This was a massive win for us!! Overall, Penny Lane turned out to be more than just a place to lay our heads at night— it was relaxing, restoring, and we got to have so much fun exploring the Villages in the golf cart they provided.

Summary: Megan and her husband were great to work when I had issues with my VRBO acct. She had even left us some fresh eggs!! Being able to bring our pet was so nice. Perfect accommodations for a relaxing 2 Wk get away.

Summary: We just loved our stay! Beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities you would need. We enjoyed going over to the market/McGrady’s Pub where they had entertainment every evening. The Gollf cart rides were fun! I can’t say enough good things about this rental. The host was very nice and accommodating. Thank you again for the bottle of wine and the fresh eggs. We will be back!
