The living room sofa is a sleeper in case you have family visiting. There is a 55-inch TV in the living room and each bedroom has its own TV. The 400-MB internet ensures hassle-free access.
The garage has parking for both a car and a golf cart. The gas cart is included in the rental. Summary: We have visited The Villages every March for the past 4 years. We’ve stayed in various homes in various “Villages” and this location and home has been our favorite. Wonderful location, lovely home and extremely efficient host. We booked this home again for March 2026, as soon as we unpacked for this year’s stay.

Summary: Our stay at this villa was excellent. Very clean, spacious and just as the pictures show. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and answered questions. The adult pool to use was just at the end of the street and the “Sawgrass Square” with live music and food just a short walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We were looking for a place to stay at hotel prices that gave us more room to spread out and this place is perfect for 2-4 people. We agree with other reviews that the place is well equipped for a rental unit. Pickleball was important to us and the courts are within walking distance. From what other people told us, the courts are one of the better places to play in the Villages.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for 3 nights while visiting my parents who live in St Catherine. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as listed and exceeded expectations. We had plenty of space, the home is furnished with everything you can think of, and is very comfortable. Host was wonderful as well. Very quick with communication and happy to help with anything. We loved our stay and will be back!
