Positive: Comfy bed, clean facility, well set up with everything I needed. I came with two medium dogs and there was enough room to set up soft crates at the foot of the bed for each, and our casita had a fenced in courtyard, which gave them freedom to do their thing while I was at the property. I felt secure with the property gates, and loved the main courtyard. The vacation was also great, close to things but without noise. This was a win.
Summary: Comfy, well set up, clean, exceeded expectations. Great setup if your pet is traveling with you.

Positive: Loved this little casita. Really enjoyed the fireplace/stove. Good cooking facilities and equipment. Even had a bullet to make my morning smoothie. Good TV reception. Lovely and quiet but quick walk to many nice features in town.
Negative: Could have a laundry facility- charging $40 for a load of laundry is outlandish- went to a local place and spent $6.50. The toilet see is quite low compared to most toilets. With my knee replacement made it hard to get up easily. Would also suggest painting something lovely like birds or plants or native art on the wall outside the window in the yard. Really nice to have the dog yard if I still had one.
Summary: Cozy Casita stay. Loved it.

Positive: The studio unit was comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Felt safe. Everything was clean and supplied with all needs. The location was very good, just a 10 min or so walk to Plaza and 15 to Railyard. Parking great.
Negative: The unit's patio area could use a little TLC, but not a big deal. I couldn't find the entrance to unit at first, so would be helpful to let the guest know it is behind the fence/gate.
Summary: Enjoyed my stay, very comfortable and good location.
