Inside the Home
Enter the front door, and walk into an open floor plan featuring a cozy living area with two large couches and a 65" wall-mounted TV. Soaring 9’ ceilings make the space feel even bigger. Dine at a table for four, set beneath an arc lamp and next to a window overlooking the side yard. The fully stocked modern kitchen includes everything you need to cook, plus a drip coffee maker with complimentary grounds.
Step out onto the back deck with two zero-gravity chairs, which are perfect for relaxing. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious full bathroom with double sinks. You can access the bathroom from the main hallway or directly from the large king bedroom, which includes two long closets, a ceiling fan, and a luxurious bed.
The third floor has a bright, airy bedroom with two twin beds, skylight, ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. The garage-level basement includes a new washer and dryer and offers another way to enter the home through the garage.

Summary: We loved staying on Mt Washington! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The house was clean, and a really easy walk to the grocery store, bakery, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and the incline.

Summary: Property was just as advertised and exactly what we needed. We found the place clean and comfortable and close to restaurants we enjoy and less than a 15-minute drive to Pitt. The host even accommodated a late check out so my family could attend an evening event and leave our pet until it ended. Alleyway to access the garage is narrow and challenging with an SUV however did not affect our enjoyment of the stay. We would without question rent again.

Summary: The house was well located and a short drive/walk to all things Pittsburgh. It was clean and well kept and overall felt very cozy and comfortable for my family of 4 dog. Having the garage to park in during winter weather was a huge bonus! Communication was stellar, with Dave going out of his way to ensure we had all info necessary to enjoy our stay. We would enthusiastically recommend this house to others!

Summary: This house was very clean and comfortable. It was also well equipped for cooking. The streets surrounding it are very narrow, which is common in that area but if you have a choice, I would take the smaller car. With that being said, we did just fine with my full size tri k.
