Positive: The stay was amazing and very helpful. The room was so clean and fresh. I loved just sitting on the balcony and watching everything around us. We were able to walk around and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We will definitely be back.
Negative: Kinda a long haul from the lobby to the room but honestly well worth it.

Negative: When purchasing a room, there are photos attached before booking. The photos when booking were not remotely close to the room we were given. We purchased a room under the impression the view would be the same as the photo of the specific room during the reservation process. We arrived to have a room directly above outdoor seating to the restaurant below and felt we could not even use our outdoor balcony during the entire stay, which was the main reason we reserved a room and paid extra for a room with a view. I felt the reservation process was deceptive and false advertisement. Be aware when reserving a room, if you think you're getting a great view of the bridge and river, you probably are not.

Positive: The view of the Blue Water Bridge from the room and restaurant at fabulous. We always stay here on our way to see friends in Ontario. Employees are always welcoming and friendly and consistently go out of their way to accommodate my husband’s service dog and mobility scooter.
