Positive: We had a really lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without ever being overbearing, which made for a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere throughout our 4-night stay. One of the highlights was definitely the wellness area. Both the pool and sauna were clean, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding after a day out. The breakfast spread was also impressive and the kids sure loved it.

Positive: We loved all the facilities that are provided by the hotel. The rooms are quite big and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel provides you with many choices for dinner and the breakfast is amazing with lots of choices. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the SPA. It is an amazing place for weekend relaxation.
Negative: As I wanted to surprise my partner, I asked for a romantic surprise package. From the decoration perspective, I expected more effort rather than putting in a very few number of rose petals on the bed.

Negative: Swimming pool water looks like it was not replaced or cleaned for a long time, nasty! I got charged double for a pet fee, 45 euros x 2, however after I gave a feedback the 45 euros was refunded
