Positive: It was very close to the port.
Negative: It could’ve been up a little better than it was. Pretty dusty places and details not kept up. The staff, everywhere from the long-haired, curly, guy at check-in that forgot to tell us that we needed a permit for our vehicle, and he never told us that we were gonna be charged an extra hundred dollars for a deposit. To the weight staff in the restaurant that didn’t pay much attention to their job, was served the wrong drink.

Negative: The better was uncomfortable. It was very hard. Did not sleep well on the bed.

Positive: We loved the convenience of having a restaurant in the hotel. The staff was friendly and worked very to get us all feed. The front desk folks were very polite, friendly and helpful. We had a great stay
Negative: Only thing i can think of is have a little more variety in the restaurant.

Positive: Proximity to cruise terminal and being away from the hubbub of LA. Cafe adjacent to reception, so could have a snack while waiting to check in. Paved walk around the marina. Shuttle to the cruise terminal. Squirrels around the trees.
Negative: Shower in the bath without rubber mat provided. (It was a bit slippery.) Dirty marks on a large footrest in the living area. Very long walk from lifts to room.
Summary: A comfortable, pleasant enough stay.

Positive: I really liked the location it was convenient and everything around the hotel was easy to access. The property itself was very clean, and the staff I interacted with were nice.
Negative: I had a frustrating experience when I tried to extend my stay. I was told I would get a call back, but no one ever reached out to me until it was already my checkout time. Even after I checked out, I called three different times hoping to get some assistance, and all I was told was, “OK, have a nice day,” with no effort to resolve the situation. This left me very disappointed, especially after an otherwise positive stay.
