We just love our Newly Remodeled 1930's bungalow in downtown Brunswick and know you will too!!! We actually lived in the home for two years until moving into another home on the street.
Just a 1/2 mile walk or bike ride east on quiet neighborhood streets to Howard Coffin Park where you can catch beautiful sunrises. There's a walking trail, picnic tables, a playground, tennis courts, a swimming pool and ball fields.
The location is convenient to downtown shops, dining, and the marina, just a short walk or bike ride to the west.
And a 20 minute car ride puts you on the beach. The Saint Simons Causeway is about a mile away and the Jekyll Causeway is less than four miles away.
Master Bedroom has a comfy king sized Beautyrest PressureSmart mattress and Pottery Barn Duvet (washed between every guest), private bathroom with makeup desk, walk in closet, wall-mounted TV with cable box, alarm clock, ceiling fan, and black-out shades so you can sleep in.
2nd Bedroom has a queen size Beautyrest PressureSmart mattress and Pottery Barn Duvet (washed between every guest), walk in closet, wall-mounted TV with Firestick, ceiling fan and black-out shades. Full bath is just outside bedroom door.
The cozy open floorplan has lots of natural light and makes spending time together easy. There is also an Office/Laundry Room combo off kitchen with pocket door for privacy and hard wired network if you need to get some work done.
Kitchen has gas range, and all stainless steel appliances. We've done our best to stock the kitchen with all the necessary items as well as a few extras such as an airfryer and programmable combo drip or k-cup coffee maker. But, if you find there is something special you need, we're happy to lend you anything we have.
Living Room TV has cable box and Firestick.
You'll love the covered carport for relaxing. It's got a nice large ceiling fan and very comfortable seating and our favorite - the hammock swings. The grill is located just off the carport area.
Fenced side/back yard has a small above ground lounging pool, great for peaceful relaxation or if you have kids, it's a great way to keep them entertained when you are at the house.
The outdoor shed contains many items that you can use during your stay - there are three bicycles (we can loan you one if you need a fourth), folding chairs, bag chairs, coolers, a few toys, and last I looked someone left a couple of pool floats (not guaranteed).
With so many vacation rentals in the area, we hope that you will choose to stay with us. This home is one of the best in the area, and one of the most loved, and meticulously maintained homes. Our guest always rave about how clean our home is and it being one of the best vacation rentals they have ever had the pleasure to stay.

Summary: This property was so beautiful, well maintained and made you feel like you were home. The furnishings were so comfortable, and you had EVERYTHING you could ask for. Summary: Great house! Everything you needed was there. Very clean and comfortable. Felt more spacious than pics. Technically could walk downtown but too hot. Easy to get to St Simon’s/Jekyll Isl and an hour from FL. Wonderful stay!! Owners easy to work with and quick to respond.

Summary: We have been traveling together for six years and this property is at the top of our list of amazing stays. Downtown Bungalow was immaculate, had everything we needed to prepare meals at home, included bikes for us to explore Brunswick, was tastefully decorated and landscaped, and had a pool, which is exactly what we needed for our summer vacation.

Summary: This was a beautiful little place perfect for our family in a quiet neighborhood. We loved relaxing in the seating area under the carport, and the kids enjoyed the swinging chairs. Close to both Jekyll Island and St. Simons. There is a little pool in the back where the kids could splash around in. The kitchen is well equipped if you prefer to cook on your vacation like we do. Although we did not use them, bicycles are also available for use which i thought was such a neat idea, but there were more people than bikes in our family. I would definitely stay again if we make plans to visit the area in the future.
