Summary: Spacious condo in great location with some really nice amenities. Could use some upkeep and updating—furniture on roof deck was in poor shape, knobs on grill were missing, lr couch in poor condition, garage floor was gritty which meant you had to be careful not to track it inside, sound bar didn’t work with tv, only one wine glass to go with the wine rack, very low water pressure in kitchen and br shower. And lots of stairs, which was ok. The steam shower and hot tub (after Vacasa contact advised us how to fix it) were big pluses. Within easy walking distance of NAU, downtown restaurants and Sawmill shops. Our first time in N. Az.— lots of places to explore!

Summary: The house was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. There were some things that need fixed like the shower pressure in 2 of the bathrooms and the hot tub had only half of the jets working. The hot tub head pillows need deep cleaned and the house needs a full deep clean. The little details make a huge difference and they were not clean (baseboards, decorations, lights, wall marks, etc)

Summary: The condo was great…loved the garage to put our cars and snowboards in after the mountain!! The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed and extremely conveniently located to the mountain, stores, and restaurants! The beds were extremely comfortable and it was wonderful to come home to the hot tub after the mountain!! The only negatives were very slight…the condo was a little scuffed and “tired”…but that is kind of normal when guests are bringing suitcases and “stuff” up all of the stairs. The area around the condo was VERY slippery…could have used some more shoveling/salting…as well as some shoveling off closer to the hot tub and around the grill. Water pressure was almost non-existent…not sure if that is a whole area (Flagstaff) thing. It also got a little noisy at night being so close to campus (and what I imagine is student housing). Otherwise, it was great! I was specifically looking for a place with a hot tub after snowboarding, and there are surprisingly few in the area!!! I would stay here again even with the noise.

Summary: Visited my daughter who just started her Freshman year at NAU. The spacious kitchen allowed us to cook her a home-cooked meal and enjoy family. Balconies are all top notch views. Jacuzzi was awesome and was heated when we arrived so we didn’t have to wait to use it. I love that the there were bedrooms on a separate floor so my family members could get some alone time as well. Only thing I would’ve requested is extra towels. Otherwise this was an excellent place to stay -near campus and close to downtown. Last but not least, the master bathroom is definitely LUXURIOUS. Loved the custom shower. Thankyou for a wonderful stay

Summary: We LOVED this spot in Flagstaff for our trip to take our freshman to Northern Arizona University. Talk about ideal! The location is so close to campus you can softly hear the parties going on at night from your rooftop...and you can see Mt Humphries, downtown and a zillion stars at night. The accomodations were spectacular down to the last detail. If you don't like stairs, look elsewhere. But, we will definitely be staying here again when we come to town!

Summary: Our stay was wonderful, the lodging could not have been better. Plenty of room to share good times with friends. I do caution it sits beside campus housing so be prepared for a night of partying outside on the weekend.

Summary: The property was an excellent condition and it was plenty of space for 4 to 6 people. It would be nice if there was an air conditioning unit on the top floor, but other than that the place was awesome! We use the kitchen and the grill to entertain and eat at the property.
