Summary: Fairhope was the location for our son’s wedding and rehearsal dinner. This home is perfectly located a block off of downtown. We could easily walk anywhere we wanted to go, yet quickly be home if we wanted. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine! We will come back to this location in this home.

Summary: Furniture was worn. Bathrooms were old and not that clean. Several bugs in the bathroom. Hallway smell in building was awful and the outside of the building had peeling paint. We were barely there due to our weekend activities but I wouldn’t rent it again.

Summary: Better than the photos, this property is an excellent location from which to explore and enjoy Fairhope. The three bedrooms were perfect for us girlfriends and the porch was a great spot to enjoy the breeze and sip cocktails. The white noise machines helped counter any noise from the lively bar across the street.The high ceilings and roomy interior were quite nice. The best part of course was the location, which made walking to the cute downtown shops and restaurants VERY convenient. Highly recommended!

Summary: The condo was beautiful. We discovered there was no soap in the entire place soon after arrival, Went to a pharmacy but it had already closed. I called the host and she brought some over. Our last night the place right across the neighborhood street featured a live band which was the loudest we had ever heard anywhere. No kidding. It was bad and it went on until after 10:45 at night. After a long and wonderful day downtown we were ready to relax., that was impossible. So disappointing because we had enjoyed the condo before this.
