Summary: Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay here over an extended weekend for our daughter’s graduation from University of Mary Washington.The house was perfect for us, and easily accessible. We walked downtown for coffee + enjoyed a beer at the nearby brewery. We were able to use the fully equipped kitchen + backyard is peaceful. Communication beforehand was easy and the host was super responsive! Thank you.

Summary: We stayed here for 2 weeks while in town for a family wedding. We loved the location, where we could walk to everything in downtown Fredericksburg including the wedding reception at Woolen Mill. The house was large enough for 3 adults and 2 children to stay comfortably. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a hall bathroom (with tub for the kids) and a bedroom with en suite shower and double sinks. In the basement, there’s a bed in a living room/play area and bathroom. There’s a powder room on the main level. This was the most well-stocked home we’ve ever rented. The kitchen had all the spices and condiments we needed to cook, and the laundry room in the basement came stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. There were plenty of towels in the linen closets and hangars in the closets. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone!

Summary: Beautiful home with plenty of space. This little gem is located near historic Fredericksburg within walking distance of restaurants, coffee and shopping (1 mile radius). Parking was my biggest concern being first come first parked on the street but only one night did this become a problem. However, half block down there’s a parking lot non-fee. Definitely would stay again. Everything is as advertised. Mike

Summary: We were 2 adults and 2 children and stayed here for a family wedding in Fredericksburg and it was perfect. Summary: Came to Fredericksburg for a celebration of life and ended staying in a beautiful home. After the celebration we all visited the Nations Capital which makes this area a great jumping off point for many historic and outdoors entertainment. With a home away from home place to rest up. Everything needed was within a mile. Plan on making a return trip, hopefully this spacious home will be available. Enjoy. Mike
