Summary: Poor communication. The place was kind of dingy. Three worn out towels for two people for three days. Had to go buy toilet paper. No light in fridge. No instructions how to access cable tv ( we texted but got no answer. Had to text the day we arrived; because we received no checkinin instructions.

Summary: expected train noise but not the traffic noise. you need some type of lighting at bottom area of outside stairs. water pressure leaves a lot to desire as does hot water.

Summary: I love trains and my husband rode the VRE to DC for a number of years so it was very fun to be at Lafayette Station! The apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay although I missed my King size bed. Loved the gas range😊

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights and totally enjoyed the area. It was very walkable for hubby and I and took a drive over to Chatham House across the river. We loved Fredericksburg and all the history it holds. Scott was super easy to work with and very responsive. The apartment was clean overall but can use an updating. Thin towels, curtains, tippy drawer with the flatware, and some dirty dishes and flatware (really on the past renters are accountable) but it falls to the cleaner at this point. I owned a cleaning business so probably a tougher judge on this aspect of the rental. You are near the train station, so we had our earplugs, and it wasn't a problem for us. Off street parking was nice and the apartment was large and easy to get to.
