Positive: The house was great and exactly what we needed.
Negative: Communication with the property was difficult. I received an email that said I would get the door code 30min before check in, but then later received an email asking me to pay $.01. Since I knew the cleaning deposit was $150, the $.01 seemed odd. I ended up having to call booking.com customer support twice for them to talk to the property then explain that the $.01 was a pre authorization. I had called and messaged the property as well but only received emails that asked me to message rather than call and then an email about needing to pay the cleaning deposit with no link or way to do so. The property was great for us, and now I know the process. But that first night was difficult. It took about an hour to get into the property now we were there, and my son and I were late to the baseball game.

Positive: We stayed the one night to watch a game nearby. The house was clean and had several sleeping areas to fit comfortably.
Negative: The apartment didn't have a big kitchen table or space to eat and only had one small couch in the living room. The upstairs bedrooms were a little warmer and there was alot of street noise overnight with people yelling which woke us up.
