This place is a 4 block walk from Union station, Coors Field, McGregor’s Square, RiNo, half a mile from Ball Arena and 1 mile to Empower field and Mission Ballroom. There is parking included in the building, a “spa” gym, sauna, steam room, and a bunch of sport courts: racquetball, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts. When you need a little more there is a community room open until 10pm with shuffleboard and pool tables. Miniature golf is across the street :)

Summary: We had a great stay on Larimer Street! It was close to everything. The apartment was well furnished and easy to check in. The parking was such a bonus as well. We would definitely book again.

Summary: Nice, well supplied 1 bedroom in downtown Denver near Coors field. Included indoor parking a big plus. Eclectic decorated apartment. Bathtub/shower may be an issue since step in bathtub with no support bars or handles. Would stay again.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO in downtown Denver. There were so many places to visit and walk to to eat etc. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything one would need. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Summary: Super cute condo, very clean. Owner provided great communication if/when contacted. In walking distance to everything downtown, food-entertainment-ball field... and only about 30 minute drive to towns like Boulder and Morrison/Red Rocks area.
