1 Bedroom Condo in North End, Kelowna

Step into this King suite that offers the best location in the complex and walks out to the plaza level where the pool is! You will love the bright sunny and spacious beachy feel. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed (Brand new Sealy mattress) with private ensuite and access to the deck where you can walk out to the patio that leads to the pool. The living room can sleep one more adult or 2 children with a pullout Double Sofa Bed (*extra fees See Notes below)
You will love the location of this condo as you can explore Kelowna on foot, endless walking trails, biking trails and plenty to see and do!
This condo has everything you need to settle in and just enjoy your vacation. Free wifi and there is a tv in the master bedroom as well as a wide screen 46" tv in the living room.
Discovery Bay has it all! On this level you will find the pools, games room, sauna and gym. You will never be bored at Discovery Bay Resort.
There is a common barbecue by the pool on the same level. This can be used by our guests.
Location doesn't get much better than Sunset Drive! Walk to restaurants, pubs, theatre, casino, shops and more beaches and parks all within 15 minutes. At Discovery Bay you can park the car and enjoy downtown on foot.
Tugboat Beach is at your doorstep, an easy stroll around the building, over the walkway from the lagoon.
We have stocked the condo with 4 beach towels and 2 beach chairs as well as a few water toys to enjoy.
PULL OUT SOFA BED (only available for 3 or more booked guests including children of all ages). If you are a group of 2 and require the pull out, please let us know so we can have linen available for you. A one time linen fee of $35 is charged for bookings of only 2 guests (only if using the pull out) Sofa bed is brand new as of September 20/24
Parking for 1 vehicle, please note height restrictions are 6 feet 8 inches.
Paid street parking, free after 6pm, (at the time of writing) Free parking 2 blocks down.
Discovery Bay Resort is 100% non smoking.
Groups without children or non family groups must all be over age 24 to rent this condo.
This condo is limited to groups of 3 Adults. Or groups of 4 with children and includes infants. Please ensure all guests are calculated on the booking form.

If the pool is essential to your stay please check with us prior to booking as we cannot guarantee the pools will be open and we will not offer any refunds should it be closed during your stay. No refunds will be offered for inconveniences beyond our control. we are in a complex.

Summary: Reviewing our 1st stay in this accommodation. The 1 bedroom suite was a good match as there were only 2 of us. And 2 bathrooms makes a difference too. Agree with many other reviewers that the place is as advertised, Stephanie the owner gives great check-in directions & keeps in contact to ensure any needs are met. No lake view but rather a quiet patio equipped with high & low seating & a generous bar height table to enjoy the Okanagan warmth while you sip. Booking and staying at this suite was a no stress situation thanks to the host, Stephanie.

Summary: This place was perfect for us in every way! It had everything we could need and more! The decor is absolutely beautiful. It was fresh and clean and comfortable! The location is perfect - close to everything. The host was the hostess with the mostess! Super friendly, gave great instruction and checked in with us to make sure we were good! We will forsure stay here again!

Summary: We had a great seven day stay in this condo which is just a quick walk to Sunset Beach. The condo was super clean and well stocked. The location is outstanding and the building is very secure. It is a quick walk to our favorite coffee shop called sprout And other restaurants. The host was extremely responsive to our every need. I highly recommend if you are staying in Kelowna!

Summary: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Stephanie K.'s property in Kelowna! Stephanie was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. Her communication was top-notch, and she provided us with all the information we needed, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. The property itself is in a prime location—right in the heart of Kelowna, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown activities. We couldn't have asked for a better spot! The suite was simply amazing—super clean, well-furnished, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need, from spices in the kitchen to beach chairs, a cooler, and grocery bags. Every detail was thought of, making it feel like a home away from home. The complex was also a hit with our family. The kids loved the billiards and ping pong tables, and the gym was well-equipped. The pools and hot tubs were a perfect way to relax. We particularly loved the location of the apartment within the complex—nicely secluded for privacy, yet with easy access to the exterior and a nice view of the pools and sunset from the patio terrace. Overall, if you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Kelowna, this is it. A solid 10/10 experience. We highly recommend it!

Summary: The unit came as advertised and is in a fantastic location in downtown Kelowna. The resort is on the waterfront while Stephanie's ground floor unit is close to the pool and other amenities. Because the unit is owner operated, the kitchen is well stocked with more than enough dinnerware, glassware and cookware. We appreciated having everything we needed to prepare meals. In addition, the bed was very comfortable.

Summary: Everything you need for a great holiday. Nice pool area and well equipped gym. Close to numerous restaurants and beaches. Try Roma Nord Bistro for an upscale Italian dinner. Book ahead as they fill up a few days in advance.
