Summary: The listing was promising and communication was great. Our issues were with the rental itself. The apartment was clean. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The couch was not comfortable at all. In the listing we thought the balcony was attached. It was six floors up with pool table. The outdoor furniture was damaged and the pool table and all pool sticks were broken. This is after we spent the first three days trying to get into the room. (The key fob entrance is a second door you wouldn’t automatically think was there). The parking was great - but a different price than indicated. And not in the lot we thought. It was behind building not across the road. It was super quiet and had it been comfortable it would have been great. But we ended up leaving before our stay was over to stay in a hotel so we could get an okay nights sleep.

Summary: A friend and I stayed here for a weekend event and had a wonderful experience! The host Nella was very responsive to my many questions ahead of time and all the information was provided promptly. There is a self check-in process so arriving late at night was not a problem. We opted for the parking pass; the parking is in a lot right behind the building with a back door leading right into the lot. The parking is not guarded or locked but we felt very safe leaving the car there. The building itself is very modern. clean, and quiet. The apartment is well-equipped with kitchen items and toiletries. The closet comes with extra sheets and an air mattress too. (Note that there is no door between the living/kitchen area and bedroom.). There is a great coffee shop underneath the building and some restaurants are on the block as well. The neighborhood is up and coming, a very easy walk to the train station and a quick drive to things like M&T Bank stadium and the Innter Harbor. I definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: Apartment building is nice and centrally located, most tourist attractions were 10 mins away via car. Definitely recommend getting the parking pass as street parking is hard to come by. The apartment itself was very clean and well taken care of. The pictures are 100% accurate in terms of what to expect. It reasonably accommodated 4 people (sofa is pull out bed). Not a noisy building, the most we heard on a weekend night were the restaurant staff taking out trash. Would also definitely recommend trying the coffee shop right next door.
