Welcome to the Sandbar, our family friendly 3 bedroom 2 bathroom beach cottage. New to the market and freshly updated with 4K Ultra HD Tv's, wifi, wireless audio system, well appointed kitchen with new cookware, new bed linens, updated bathrooms, private fully fenced patio, outdoor shower, beach gear, and 2 off street parking spaces. Park your car and walk to the restaurants, shops, boardwalk, and beach.
Enjoy an open layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located off the main living room hallway in the back of the house. Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with 2 twin beds that can convert to a king bed. The family room is off the kitchen and has sliding doors leading to the private outdoor patio.

Summary: The property is as described. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds are comfortable and all the rooms are big enough for adults. It was nice to have all the beach equipment that we needed so that we did not need to transport our own. The neighborhood is very quietOverall, an excellent choice for our family of grown children.

Summary: A very cute property in a great location - close to the main drag in town, near Dogfish brewery. We walked, biked, and drove - thanks to the passes - to the beach. Very quiet area to be; the AC worked great on the very hot days. Thank you!

Summary: It’s our third time renting this property. We feel right at home, only more relaxed, as soon as we enter. Everything you need is provided for and there is always more to discover. Convenient to restaurants, bike path and beach are wonderful, yet the neighborhood is quite and friendly.

Summary: This beach home provided us with everything we needed. It’s spacious enough to allow us time together and apart comfortably, which is important with teens. My husband and I had space to exercise inside while the teens slept and also, enter and exit through the master bedroom, hop on provided bikes and ride along a well designed tree lined bike bath nearby that was a highlight for us of our trip. Convenience to stores and restaurants by way of the shortcut made for quick access to all Rehoboth has to offer. We are so pleased with this location, we have already reserved it twice and look forward to future visits.
