Gorgeous listing that has been updated in 2022/2023. Beautifully decorated by the owner who is a local artist. Walk to everything, including Pickleball!
This private home located in-town in the residential Country Club Estates neighborhood features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, outdoor shower, and sleeps 8. Roomy, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. The gem of this open floor plan beauty is the spacious sun porch. Two sets of French doors open to the large screened in porch! New furniture in the screened in porch purchased for 2021, new carpets in sunroom and family room! New home office in 2022, set up in one of the downstairs bedrooms for privacy. The rear garden and yard are perfect for gatherings with family and friends. Bocce ball and corn hole provided. Side yard has a beautiful English garden with flowers blooming all summer. From this location it is easy to stroll to the beach and town for restaurants, playground, entertainment and shopping or just chill out and let life roll by. Easy 10 minute walk to local pickleball courts! Outside Ring security camera on front and side door for your security.
We do not provide sheets and towels for your stay. Each bed will come with a mattress pad, pillows, and bedspread. There are several linen rental companies in town that will deliver and pick up and we can direct you to them. No pets, no group parties, and most importantly no groups under 21. This includes any adult renting the house and for high school groups. A violation of house rules is cause for immediate eviction.
We have a responsive property manager -- Rich Barnett -- working with us to help ensure we provide a top-notch experience for our guests.
There are two parking spots in our driveway and WE PROVIDE two parking passes for on street parking in front of our home and in non-metered spots in town.

Summary: Overall it was a very nice place! Very clean, 4 beds two bath rooms ( one upstairs and one downstairs), about 15 min walk to beach - downtown, very quiet street with little noise. Only area of opportunity is the carpets upstairs are dated a little. Overall very happy! Would rent from them again!

Summary: Great property and wonderful location. Peaceful space a little off the beaten path with a great backyard and the screened in porch was a bonus. The kitchen is also well appointed!

Summary: We had a lovely week staying here with our two teenage kids and their friends! Walking distance to town and beach, and we spent many peaceful hours reading on the screen porch. Definitely recommend this property!

Summary: Wonderful home in a great location, with easy access to Funland, Dogfish, The Coffee Mill, Egg, Drift and some of our other Rehoboth favorites. The parking permits came in handy for days when it was too hot to walk to the beach with a 3-year-old. Would love to stay here again.

Summary: We had a very nice stay at Sea la Vie. House is well appointed. Living area and outdoor screen porch were great. My wife and I were both able to work remotely while the girls were at the beach. Walking distance to the heart of the Rehoboth main drag. Parking and check in easy and convenient. Quiet neighborhood.

Summary: We had such a great time staying at Sea La Vie! It was such a lovely home with lots of space for our guests. The location was perfect. You can walk to the beach, boardwalk and lots of restaurants and shops. Quiet nice neighborhood with lots of families. The house was very clean and well appointed . We will be back for sure!

Summary: Wonderful and warm home in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and baths are updated, and the house has a nice open feel to it. Great having the parking passes to facilitate close access to beach area. We so enjoy staying at the property and hope to do it again next year.

Summary: This place was fabulous! The furniture is very comfortable and the home is really well-appointed. Lots of space to spread out. There were plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, cups, mugs, pot, and pans. Loved having the extra refrigerator and the red color. The kitchen is well laid out and modern and the bathrooms seem brand new. It was an easy walk into town or to the boardwalk. We plan on returning.

Summary: What a great time we had at Sea Lea Vie. The house was everything that we thought it would be. I do wish they included a linen package but we purchased separately. It was a little far for our group to walk to the beach but the parking passes came in handy so we could park within a block and walk the rest of the way not only was the house great but we were so lucky ad the weather was also great. We would definately rent this home again
