Positive: Perfect location, nice bed and linen. Generally has everything you need: A good bed, sofa area with TV, fully equiped kitchen, toilet and bath. Bed linen and towels provided. Several reviews are complaining about the stairs, but I think they have a perfectly normal width and steepness for a city staircase.
Negative: The pick-up location for the key is 1 mile away from the apartment. Fortunately I could leave the key in the apartment at departure. The general cleanliness could be better, but linen and towels were clean. Getting the toilet to flush and the kitchen sink to drain required a bit of nursing and should probably be fixed.
Summary: Nice and fully equipped apartment at a perfect location - but check if the details suit your needs

Positive: location is best! accessible to public transportation, groceries, restaurants and tourist attraction staff is very helpful when you call them for help
Negative: there is no front desk and you will have to pick up the key about 4km from the South Train Station. There is no lift and the stairs is steep. If you happen to be on the 3rd floor, it will be a challnged specially if your luggage is heavy.

Positive: The location was amazing couldn’t ask for better.
Negative: The toilet wouldn’t flush had to find public bathrooms whenever the toilet was needed. No one told me what apartment I was staying in I had to ask a random cleaner if she knew where the room was. Luckily she did.

Negative: Due to the strange check-in method of having to go somewhere else for the key, inadvertently forgot to drop the key off before rushing to the office eon checkout day. Vic called with absolutely nothing to say other than, 'you didn't return the key and if you don't bring it back right now, we are charging your credit card $250 in 20 mins.' This is absolutely unnecessary aggressive behavior. The key was back in less than 30 mins, due to having to come from the office, and it was another attitude when I called Vic back. She said 'we already charge you because I said 20 mins and you weren't here. When we see the room maybe refund you'. What an awful experience for something that was an honest mistake. Do better.

Positive: There were food and bars within walking distance. The owners were nice and flexible with me about the constant time changes with my arrival due to flight delays.
Negative: The building doesn’t have an elevator and I was on the 3rd floor. Carrying my luggage up all of those stairs was rough. The place to pick up and drop off keys is far away from the building. The microwave was dirty, the window a/c unit did not fit snug in the window so there were some mosquitoes and gnats in the apartment. There was dust and cobwebs hanging from the curtain rods and there weren’t any blinds in the windows. There fore if I closed the curtains to have privacy, I was blocking the air from the window unit. The cloth seat next to the window was stained I did not want to sit on it. No stoppers in any of the drains in the bathroom and there’s a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom.
Summary: The apartment is in a decent location but needs to be cleaned better. It has potential to be a better place to stay.

Positive: The location is amazing, you're half a block away from Boston Commons, so it doesn't get better than that. Communication with the hosts was great. Just be advised the hot water opens to the opposite side you would expect it to.
Negative: If you have migraines and smells bother you a lot, I would warn you the apartment has a particular smell that comes from the window which doesn't close all the way because of the AC.
