Welcome to our new townhome, thoughtfully crafted for comfort and style. With beautiful views on every level and modern finishes throughout, this residence is situated on a serene riverfront street in the heart of Missoula.
On the third floor, the primary suite beckons with a king-sized bed, 40” Roku TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering scenic views of Bess Reed Park and the Clark Fork River. A spacious walk-in closet leads to the en suite bath, complete with double sinks and a walk-in glass and tile shower. Adjacent to the primary bedroom, a dedicated desk and chair provide a convenient workspace.
Also on the third floor is the second bedroom, featuring a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a full bed on top. Adjacent to the bedroom comes a full bathroom, as well as a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.
The main floor invites you to relax in comfortable lounge seating with sweeping views of Bess Reed Park, the Clark Fork River, and Mount Sentinel. A large 55-inch Roku TV and an electric wall-mounted fireplace provide entertainment and ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a hooded gas stove, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an expansive island. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, a BBQ is available on the balcony.
On the street level, the third bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed and picturesque northern views. Right outside the bedroom, you'll find your private bathroom.

Summary: We had a great stay. The location cannot be beat, close to the river, the bike path, shops and restaurants. The decor was beautiful and the home was clean, well-stocked and furnished. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond when we needed to extend our stay by one night. We definitely hope to be back in the future.

Summary: Very nice place to stay near the river and downtown Missoula. Walkable to everything downtown Missoula has to offer. Would definitely stay here again. Only concern was the garage was very tight for our large SUV rental, so we had to park it curbside which worked out.
